Terms of Service

Minimum order: 5 finished video ads. Pricing is volume based — €40/video for 5–9, €35/video for 10–19 and €30/video for 20+.

Payment: all orders are paid in full up front. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

Revisions: one round of edit revisions per video is included. Reshoots, new scripts or new hook directions are treated as new orders.

Ownership: full commercial usage rights to delivered cuts transfer to you once the order is paid in full.

Monthly Retainer Policy

All monthly retainers require a minimum commitment of two months.
Cancellations require written notice to contact@apexframemedia.com at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Unused video credits expire at the end of each 30-day billing period and do not roll over.
Cancellation requests are processed manually on written notice; subscriptions cannot be self-cancelled instantly through the billing portal.

Early Termination & Rate Adjustment

Retainer packages require a mandatory 3-month initial commitment in exchange for discounted per-video production pricing. If the Client terminates this agreement prior to fulfilling all two (2) consecutive monthly billing cycles, the discounted rate is retroactively nullified. The Client authorizes the Agency to immediately charge the payment method on file for the difference between the discounted retainer rate and the standard one-off rate across all completed/delivered deliverables.
